                      Being in the 60 demographic and having allergy-induced asthma, I was extremely nervous about waiting in a large dealership in Manchester,NH while my car got its 100,000-mile service. My service advisor explained the frequent, thorough cleaning protocol and social distancing arrangement of chairs in the customer lounge. She even suggested a couple out-of-the-way places where I could wait if the lounge proved too crowded for my comfort level. Since there were few customers, almost all of them wearing masks, I chose the lounge. During my two-hour wait, the cleaning service came through three times and wiped surfaces, chairs, frequently-touched items such as hand sanitizer bottles and coffee machine touch-pad. All employees were masked as well. My service advisor even asked if I was a triple A member so that I could get a discount (something new offered at IRA). Though my car did not need any major repairs, I was quite pleased with the service I received today, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

                      I brought my 2013 Quest to Pat Peck Nissan because the air conditioning went out. After checking out my van, they told me the air conditioning compressor went out and I also needed a new transmission. I just bought the van in November 2019 (from somewhere else) and have had nothing but problems from the transmission and motor. Zack Rhoads was wonderful! He kept me fully informed every step of the way. He was extremely helpful and never minded all my questions. He filed my extended warranty and also had a rental set up for me. Zack also had my van vacuumed and washed at no additional charge. My van is better now than the day I bought it. I will always take my van back to him at Pat Peck.

                      I’ve gotta say, I’m very impressed and pleased with their service department. I was so frustrated because I had just come in two weeks prior with a concern and they couldn’t find a problem. Then my engine misfired and my check engine light came on and went off. I was able to pull the code off of that. I brought it in same day at 3:00 which was great, but nobody told me I would be without a car the next day. I was so stressed and frustrated because I had not made arrangements for this, I need to be studying for my senior year college finals, and nobody that would be able to help was answering. I could tell Craig felt bad, but there was really nothing he could do. They got me a Lyft back home and I figured out arrangements for the next day. Turns out I didn’t even need to because at 8:30 am I got a call that it was fixed and even better, everything was covered under my warranty. I was able to have them call me another Lyft ride to go pick up my car before I ever even needed transportation anywhere. Overall an experience that started off frustrating and stressful, turned out great! Dealing with a car problem is frustrating in general, especially since mine doesn’t even have the temporary tags off of it (used and didn’t buy from this dealer), but they made it a lot better. Thank you so much to Craig and whoever else helped in getting my car done so quickly!

                      Had a specific time and when I got there they were very efficient in checking me in and told me it would be 1.5 hours and it was only35 minutes for my service. I just wish that they would have vacuumed my car before giving it back to me. I know other dealerships do that during service.

I had no excuse to stop by because I do not drive a Nissan; however enter this pandemic and To register my car I needed to have the yearly inspection done to it, I called them and even my car is not a Nissan they very nicely I must say to pick my car at my home, do the inspection and brought it right back to me.                       After a few months of car shopping at numerous dealerships I quickly remembered why I don't like buying a cars. This car purchase was for my mom and I went to many dealerships with her and we had a deals on cars to buy then in the final paperwork after 2 hours showed a cost 15-25% more because of dealer add on's.. so frustrating. I was very skeptical sending my mom to the wolves with out being there and started talking to Hasan Majied at team Gillman Mazda about a Mazda CX-5 they had. I was crystal clear with Hasan about previous experiences and he assured me he would take care of her and all she would pay is the sale price plus TT&L nothing else added. I did some rough math and told my mom what she should expect to pay. She called me to tell me the final cost was 100 bucks more than I guessed, not the above mentioned 15-25% from others. Hasan Majied was a pleasure to work with and he is a man of his word. He will be my first call next time I am buying a car. Thank you Hasan!

I took my Nissan for check up/services because the A/C didn't work. It was checked out, and I wasn't billed for anything even though the vehicle was monitored for 2 days.                       Always get GREAT service at Honda! Car is always done in a timely manner even when busy. Due to the virus the service dept is not fully staffed (no shuttle), the doors have to be open so the air conditioning isn’t optimal and it’s hot, and in spite of some customers even being rude about it, they were very professional!                       My car visor on the driver side was broken and I had ordered a replacement and tried to install it myself. I was successful at getting the old one out but couldn't get the new one in. I called Miller and they gave me a price of how much it would cost. I went in and service advisor Michael Robinson helped me. He was wonderful, he fixed my visor at no charge......he said I did the hard part by removing the old visor. That made my day and if I ever buy another car I will go to Miller Toyota.

                      I love Miller Toyota, I have bought my last 2 vehicles from them and am so pleased. I bought a 2008 Camry Hybrid, and a 2012 Sienna XLE, both excellent. I will purchase a 2021 Sienna XSE probably in November, with help from the Costco car buying service, It saves you a lot of money as the price is negotiated thru them before you got there. The service dept. is very good, always done the job correctly and very quickly, I just wait for it as the waiting room has free coffee and doughnuts. I am retired so I just go look at all the new cars to pass the time. I dealt with David Hatch, I just e mailed him and said the kind of car II wanted and the price I would pay and he said what day would you like to pick it up? He has since retired though.                       Awesome.👌 I couldn't be happier. I brought my Cadillac CTS from here and Anthony was my sales representative. He was nothing but awesome. I made a offer on the car. It wasn't accepted until after the next day. When Joe the general manager messaged me through my Email. And than after I emailed back maybe 2 hours go by its about 1230pm. He called me and we talked for 10 mins or so. We finally came to terms on price not wanting to waste time and gas etc. So I scheduled an appointment and went down. Test drove it and love it. I loved the color and interior color so much. Had all the options I wanted and it was a 9-10 for what I wanted. I couldn't be happier. I have only owned the car for almost a week and I have it 80% of the way I want it. Still some more touches I need to do. But its close.thank you guys.

We made our requests concerning the buying process as the other half is elegiac to Sales Men 😂. Told him what car we had our eyes on and what I/we did and didn't want as far as ads and warranty to the price. Tony generously put the car on hold to give us time to makeup our minds. Note this took us 2 days to make our minds up. We made an appointment, walked in, signed and was on our way with a New 2020 Camry Hybrid. Can you say 52 MPG and it's a Toyota, need I say more?
